Ann Mary Fabiszewski Carr 83, of Carteret, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 24, 2024. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, got married and moved to Carteret over 50 years ago. She was a devote parishioner of Divine Mercy Parish-Holy Family Church in Carteret for many years. "Annie" is fondly remembered as the sweet, kind and loving hot lunch lady at Holy Family School, where she prepared and served hot lunch with the PTA for numerous years. She worked as a Bus Aide for Breza Bus Company in Rahway for several years. Ann was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Kathleen Ann Poulos and her husband, Edward Fabiszewski. Ann is survived by her loving daughter, Doreen Tiru and her husband, Joel; her adored grandchildren, Addison Tiru, Raven Poulos and Thomas Poulos; her son-in-law, Raymond Poulos and many close friends.

Funeral will be on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 starting at 9:30 AM at Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Avenue in Carteret. Mass will be at 10 AM at Divine Mercy Parish-Holy Family Church in Carteret, followed by Interment at Clover Leaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Monday, October 28, 2024 from 5 PM to 8 PM.
