Helen Rose Tomori, 91, of Carteret, died on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at St. Joseph's Senior Home. She was born in Carteret and was a life-long resident. She retired from the Middlesex County Office of Aging and worked as a secretary for St. Mary's High School in Perth Amboy. Helen loved to play computer games, especially Scrabble, reading and watching game shows. She especially loved her cats, Dolly and Lady. Helen was a parishioner of Divine Mercy Parish in Carteret.

She is predeceased by her brother, Albert A. Tomori. Helen is survived by several close cousins and family members.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 AM at Divine Mercy Parish-Holy Family Church in Carteret on Monday, March 25, 2024. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery in Fords. Arrangements were held under the care of Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Ave., Carteret. Donations to Divine Mercy Parish in Helen's memory would be appreciated.
