Judith A. Otlowski 76, of Perth Amboy, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 11, 2023. She was born in Newark, NJ, and grew up in Springfield, NJ.

Judith worked as a business secretary for several years. Upon marriage to George J. Otlowski Jr., she moved to Perth Amboy. Thereafter, she and her sister were caregivers for their mother Ann for many years.

Judith's love of nature extended to her garden of beautiful plants and flowers. She drew appreciation from daily sightings of birds and critters on her patio. She took great joy in taking care of her cat Chloe.

She is predeceased by her parents, Ann and Theodore Halus. Judith is survived by her loving husband, George J. Otlowski Jr.; sister, Janice Gursky, cousins, Eileen Morrison and Bill Popko, George J. Otlowski Jr's family, Synowiecki family and her cat, Chloe.

Funeral will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023 starting at 8:30 AM at Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Avenue ,Carteret , followed by a 9:30 AM Mass at St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church in Perth Amboy. Interment will be at Alpine Cemetery in Perth Amboy. Visitation will be on Friday, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
