Mary Patricia Lamp, 56, of Woodbridge, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2026. She was born in Perth Amboy and was a life-long resident of Woodbridge.

Mary was an avid animal activist, who rescued countless animals and gave them loving homes. She loved spending time with her daughters, especially going to Tricky- Trays with them. Mary also enjoyed spending time with her friends talking and getting together.

She is predeceased by her parents, Patricia and William Legeny. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Robert Lamp; her two beloved daughters, Bobbi and Randi; and her cherished animals, Ginger, Millie, Chico, Cheddar and Milo.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Avenue, Carteret, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Private cremation will be held.
