With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert John “Bobby” Tarrant, who left this world on July 21, 2026, at the age of 40.

Bobby was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend whose kindness, strength, and love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered for his generous heart, unwavering loyalty to his family, and the countless memories he created with those he loved.

Throughout his life, Bobby found joy in water sports, riding ATVs and dirt bikes, and working in construction. Whether he was spending time with family, sharing stories and laughter, or lending a helping hand to someone in need, he had a way of making everyone around him feel valued and loved.

He is survived by his loving mother, Donna Jean and step mother, Ana Luisa; his brothers, Kenny Spolowitz and James Reyner; his sister and best friend, Theresa Bonilla; his nieces, Karlie, Vanessa, Reilley, Bailey, Kiera, and Kora; his nephews, Paul and Christian; his great-nieces and great-nephew, Kayleigh, Joseph, and Adalynne; his aunts and uncles, Danny (Michelle), Rick (Sue), Laura, Michael (Barbara), and John (Linda); as well as an abundance of cousins, lifelong friends, and friends who became family. All will forever cherish his memory and carry his love in their hearts.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Bob Tarrant; his beloved uncle, Andy Tarrant; and his grandparents, Shirley and Dan Tarrant, and fur babies Myra and Diesel.

Though our hearts are broken by his loss, we find comfort in knowing that Bobby’s legacy of love, compassion, and resilience will live on through the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in our hearts.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 4pm-8pm at Synowiecki Funeral Home, located at 56 Carteret Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008, as we gather to honor and celebrate Bobby’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Bobby’s GoFundMe to help support funeral expenses and his loved ones during this difficult time. Your generosity, love, and support are deeply appreciated. Any excess money will be donated to Mental Health awareness.
